Highlands Elite Athletic Training - H.E.AT. is a multi-purpose facility and home of the "RUTGER" a regulation size basketball court from Rutgers University.  There is a strength and agility area, turf rolls for baseball, softball, soccer, football training and 3 batting cages. Our purpose is to provide a great atmosphere to youth, high school and college athletes so they can train hard,  develop their skills, form lifelong friendships and COMPETE. We exist solely for the athlete and to help them achieve their GOALS. 

H.E.A.T. gym is available to rent for your team practice,  birthday parties and corporate events.

1. Take your training to the next level with Dr. Dish Rebel Shooting machine. Become a better shooter and get up hundreds of shots with Dr Dish Rebel shooting machine! Program your own workout,  track your makes and attempts or have Coach Brown customize a shooting workout for you. Dr. Dish is available to rent:

• $35 for 1/2hr
• $60 for 1hr
• $280 for 10 pack of 1/2hr sessions
